Trade Union Membership
The University recognises the following Trade Unions to negotiate on behalf of members of staff:
- AMICUS
Technical Staff and Computer Operating Staff. Since the merger with AEEU the union also covers basic trades in maintenance
- UCATT (Union of Construction, Allied Trades and Technicians)
Maintenance Staff
- UCU (University and College Union )
Academic and Academic Related staff
- UNISON
All grades of Clerical, Secretarial, Chefs, Manual and Related Staffs
