Applying for access to Information Services: visitors

Welcome to Information Services (IS).

We provide access to the University libraries, e-mail and computing facilities to all registered students and staff at Aberyswyth University.

Access to some or all IS facilities may also be offered to certain other categories of user, for example visitors,  users working on projects with the University or delegates attending conferences and events at the University. 

All access is subject to Information Services Regulations and Guidelines in accordance with University policy.

How do I start to use IS facilities

• Associate readers
• Conference/event attendees
• External examiners
• Open University students
• Temporary logins for external users attending a short course arranged by Aberystwyth University staff
• Visiting or associate staff / researchers (non AU Staff)
• Visiting students
• Visitors
