Come to the Zumba® "pool party," - Aqua Zumba class blends a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating!
Aqua Gym
- Friday: 10.30am - 11.15am, University Pool with Jo Maltman
A fabulous workout in deep water, suspended by floatation belts that allow you to work in an effective, but entirely safe manner. This class is great for increasing mobility in your joints, as well as overall fitness.
SwimFit
- Tuesday: 7.00pm - 8.00pm University Pool with Lauren March
