Welcome to Fit-Together Tribe Activities
Welcome to the Fit-Together programme for children. We aim to run exercise and recreation classes that are fun, enjoyable and stimulating. We have qualified coaches who will ensure that your children enjoy their sessions in a friendly environment where learning new skills is a cool thing to do.

Childrens Activity Parties
We know how difficult it can be to come up with new and fun ideas for parties. So here you'll find some great ideas and food options.
Smooth Riders Mountain Biking
We are offering you the opportunity to ride the single trails in Nant y Arian under the the expertise of our level 3 & 5 CTC MTB Instructors.
Children's Swimming Classes
Following the National Teaching Plan for Swimming by the ASA, we offer your child the opportunity to gain the skills required to develop stroke technique and confidence.

Teen Gym
These Gym Sessions are offered to 14-16year olds under the close-supervision of qualified Fitness Instructors. The programmes are tailored for an 8 week period offering an introduction to strength and conditioning training focusing on compound muscle groups with a balanced workout that is heavily motivated towards technique and high reps.
Football
Through the programme of Fun Football the Sports Centre is offering local junior footballers the opportunity to experience quality football coaching which includes high quality facilities and mini football competitions, that will complement the existing winter provision available through the Junior League.
Circuit Training
Working in small groups to improve balance, speed and strength. Dare you to take on the challenge!
Summer Football
Fun Football will agin be offering skill training sessions at Blaendolau Playiong Fields at the end of the season, prior to the summer holidays.
Tottenham Hotspurs Roadshow
Delivered by Tottenham Hotspurs Football Coaches, this is a great oppertunity not to be missed
Rugby Skills
Continuing with the successful Rugby Skills Course for children aged 4-7yrs old. The sessions will focus on specific skills in a non-competitive and fun environment. Games that build on basic motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination. Girls and Boys are welcome and there is a designated area for parents to sit and watch the children. Children are split into specific groups to ensure appropriate skill progression.
Sports Conditioning
These sessions are offered to 12-14year olds to give emphasis to sports specific drills. They have been particular popular with local rugby, cricket, hockey teams and athletes but are adaptable to all sports focusing on aspects of acceleration, deceleration, reaction drills, hand-eye co-ordination as well as stamina and strength.
Zumba
Here's a great opportunity for your child to participate in the latest dance craze to hit the fitness industry.
Hockey Coaching
Working in partnership with Welsh Hockey and the Universities Hockey Clubs we are able to provide this opportunity to all young players who would like to try the sport in a fun and safe environment. These sessions are available for children between the ages of 8 - 10 yrs old.
Aber Seagulls Football
Aber FC have introduced an exciting new program to deliver fun football to players between the ages of 6 - 7years old. Boys and girls regardless of ability are welcome to attend. Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches and features ATFC club mascot 'Sami Seagull'
Junior Netball
Working with Welsh Netball and members of the University Netball club, oppertunities to learn and improve skills through grass root development, will be available, at the centre.
Dragon Sports
Improving sports provision for children, targeting sports such as Rugby, Athletics, Cricket, Tennis and more....
