Welcome to the annual Fit and Well month organised by the Sports Centre.
We hope that we can inspire you to take part in a range of events, classes, and challenges to inspire you to start the New Year with a healthy outlook and kick start your fitness.

We have a fab Fit and Well pass which will allow you access to any class on the Fit-Together Programme from £15.50 for the whole of January - and a range of FREE spinning classes for you to attend. Students members can buy online here:

There will be special Gym Clinics that you can drop into and get advice from our Gym Instructors on programme design - helping you to chose the right machines, the right weight and the right sequence to make the most of your workout. This will help you to achieve your health and fitness goals that we tend to set at the beginning of the year - so don't dither about, get it right!
We have a proven weight loss programme called "Shape Up" starting later in the New Year, but, in the meantime, we have set up a booking session to allow you to be weighed and measured each week to help you keep on track? Phone the office on 01970 621500 and book an appointment.

Saturday 14th Jan 2- 4pm - Pink Workout! Come and help raise money for Breast Cancer in our awesome annual PINK workout.
- Friday 13th 2-3pm - Club Boot Camp - come along with your team and trial our excellent fitness challenge class
- Friday 20th Jan - Metabolism Uncovered - Find out ways to maximise your weight loss.
- Friday 27th Jan - Kettlebell Conditioning - wanted to use the Kettlebells but didnt know where to start? the workshop will show you the basic techniques and skills to use this top notch fitness training piece of equipement.
