Additional Fees & Charges

The academic provision of the University includes certain elements of study away from Aberystwyth. These involve activities such as field courses in biological, geographical, environmental science subjects, visits to theatres, galleries and museums in humanities-based subjects. The additional costs of such opportunities are not included in the overall University fee. If you are intending to study one of these subjects you should therefore note the need to budget for these events. Fuller details will be available from the department organising the event. These costs are given as an indication of the likely cost. Costs will vary as will the location and duration of the study programme. Details of the courses that have additional charges are included below:
