PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION

Step by Step Instructions

The modules that appear on your record [academic year (2013/2014)] are the core modules for your study scheme next session. Please follow the steps below to provisionally register all your module choices for next session.

Advising / Consultation Period: Monday 15 April – Wednesday 17 April 2013

During this period the data on your record will be locked and you will not be able to enter any modules, but you should access the data when consulting the information on the databases, and attend any departmental meetings.

STEP 1 Please read the General Information relating to Provisional Registration.

STEP 2 Please consult the Departmental Requirements for all departments where you propose to study next session to ensure you meet their requirements.

STEP 3 Access the Study Schemes Database to check the requirements for your scheme.

STEP 4 Access the Modules Database for details on all modules to be taught next session.

If you propose to change your Study Scheme you must contact the relevant staff in your department(s) to complete a Change of Registration form as soon as possible as it will have to be processed before you can continue. If you are continuing on your current Study Scheme you should now be in a position to enter your module choices for next session.

Registration Period: Thursday 18 April – Friday 26 April 2013

Your record will be unlocked during this period and you will be free to enter module choices for next session following consultation with your department(s).

STEP 5 Once you have input your module choices for next session on your 'Student record' and clicked on the "Confirm Provisional Registration Choices" button you will receive further instruction.

STEP 6 You must ensure you complete Provisional Registration on-line by Friday 26 April 2013 at the very latest.
