Major Language with Minor Non-Language - French, German or Spanish with non-language subject :
Part One :
Students may take between 40 and 60 credits in their major language and 40 in their minor non-language subject. Students are encouraged to take up to 40 credits outside their degree subject(s) in Part 1.
Part Two/Level Two :
Students take 30 credits of a compulsory language module in their chosen language plus at least 50 credits in additional language modules and/or content modules in that language.
Part Two/Level Three :
Students take 30 credits of a compulsory language module in their chosen language plus at least 50 credits in additional language modules and/or content modules in that language.
Note: Any Major/Minor degree scheme requires that a student takes 160 credits in the Major subject and 80 credits in the Minor subject at Part 2. The only exception is for M1R1 LLB Law with French, M1R2 LLB Law with German and M1R4 LLB Law with Spanish where students must take 180 credits of Law and only 60 credits in the language.
