Minor Language with Major Non-Language - French, German, Italian or Spanish Minor with non-language Major :

Part One :

Students may take 30 credits of a compulsory language module in their minor language and 10 credits in an additional language or content module in that same language (i.e. students take 40 credits in their minor). Students take between 40 and 60 credits in their major non-language subject and are encouraged to take up to 40 credits outside their degree subject(s) in Part 1.

Part Two/Level Two :

Students take 30 credits of a compulsory language module in their chosen language plus 10 credits in an additional language module or content module in that language.

Part Two/Level Three :

Students take 30 credits of a compulsory language module in their chosen language plus 10 credits in an additional language module or content module in that language.

Note: The Major/Minor degree scheme generally requires that a student takes at least 160 credits in the Major subject and 60 credits in the Minor subject at part 2. Please note, however that if your Minor is a language, you should study at least 80 credits in part 2 (except with Law).
